- Cancellations must be informed via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- The applicable charges depend on how early the cancellation is made before the travel date.
2. Cancellation Charges
- 15 days or more before travel: Full refund (after service charges, if any)
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges
- 3–6 days before travel: 75% cancellation charges
- Less than 48 hours / No show: No refund
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as mutually agreed
4. Cancellation by Company
- In case of unavoidable circumstances (weather conditions, roadblocks, or safety issues), we may cancel or reschedule the trip
- Customers will be offered an alternative date or a partial/full refund as applicable
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Some bookings such as hotels, activities, or third-party services may be non-refundable as per their policies
6. Amendments
- Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may include additional charges
